Refund Policy
All product exchanges require proof of purchase “receipt” or verifiable order through the website to start the return process. All returns are subject to managerial review and approval.To qualify for a product exchange, BotanaLife requires the customer to return the product in its original packaging within 7-days. Shipping customers must notify us of their intent to return products in the same 7-day period. We will only accept returns with 80% of the original product remaining and offer 50% off a replacement order of the same product or you may receive half the size of the original order (no more than 250g) of a different strain at no cost. We will not offer Product exchanges on Extracts UNLESS employee is at fault for putting the wrong item the bag. We will not offer any type of refund for CBD or KAVA KAVA products as of now If any order is fulfilled with the wrong item, please contact us immediately and the exchange will be entirely free.
